All William Holland Copper Baths are specifically designed with ease of care and maintenance in mind.

This is why every one of our polished copper and brass baths are protected with a unique hard wearing coating that prevents tarnish and patination developing. William Holland’s innovative finishing technique ensures that all you need to maintain your bathtubs high shine appearance is a soft cloth and occasional gentle cleaner.

In their raw unprotected state, copper baths naturally oxidise with exposure to moisture. This means that over time unprotected copper baths develop a deep rich patina. Although a beautiful natural phenomenon, most of our clients prefer their bathtubs to maintain the high shine original finish created by our craftsmen.

This is why we have perfected this unique treatment, to ensure that your polished copper bath maintains its mirror shine and natural beauty with minimal care and maintenance.

Absolutely no polishing, waxing or scrubbing is required. Simply avoid any harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners and your bathtub will stay shiny and beautiful for years to come.

Copper Bathtubs are also naturally corrosion resistant so need no special care to prolong their lifespan.

Each unique William Holland finish is created by our team of British Master Craftsmen in Dorset and should you have any questions regarding your copper baths maintenance then our expert team are always on hand to help.

*** Please Note: This information applies to William Holland Copper Baths only. Our finishing techniques developed by our team of experts are unique to our products. Alternative suppliers retailing waxed copper baths will require higher levels of maintenance.***
