Terms and Conditions – Mother’s Day Competition February 2021

• Promoter: William Holland Ltd –  (in collaboration with Perfect Chaos.)
• The William Holland Competition (Mother’s Day Competition February 2021) is open to anyone aged 18 years or over.
• The Competition will run from the launch date of the 19^th February 2021 from 1.00pm until the closing date of the 14^th March 2021 at 12.00pm.
• To enter, simply follow the pages (@williamholland_ltd) and (@perfectchaosuk) on Instagram and/or Facebook (If you are not already). Like the competition post and tag a friend. One Comment/Tag = One entry and you can enter as many times as you like on both @williamholland_ltd and @perfectchaosuk. This competition will run on both Facebook and Instagram.
• Entrants can enter as many times as they like.
• One winner will be selected from all valid entries.
• The prize will be a William Holland Miniature Copper Bath, and exclusive Perfect Chaos Hamper. There is no cash alternative and the prize is non-transferable. The promoter reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
• The promoter reserves the right to cancel the award of the prize in the event of con-compliance to the Terms and Conditions by The Winner.
• The promoter reserves the right to amend, alter or terminate this promotion at any time due to circumstances beyond its control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the Promoter.
• The Promoter and the Promoters Administration accept no responsibility for entries that are illegible, lost or delayed via technical problems. Proof of sending does not constitute proof of receipt.
• The Promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
• The Promoter shall use and take care of any personal information you supply in accordance with data protection legislation. By entering the Competition (Mother’s Day Competition February 2021), you agree to the collection, retention and usage of your personal information in order to process your application and contact you about your competition entry.
• The Winner will be notified by DM on Instagram/Facebook within 14 days of the Closing Date. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from The Winner and select a replacement Winner.
• This competition is open to UK residents only.
• Entry is deemed as acceptance of these Terms and Conditions
