Each Flying Kiwi Inn is individually and uniquely designed to reflect a luxurious yet laid back ambience, and the newly renovated Crown Hotel is no exception. A former coaching Inn, situated amongst an idyllic tree lined avenue in the historic fishing port of Wells-next-the-Sea, the traditional features have been enhanced, retaining the narrative of the building whilst creating 12 luxury en-suite bedrooms that have each been inspired by the stunning natural surroundings.

The laid back luxury of nature can be found in each and every carefully selected detail, from the coastal inspired room accents to the seasonal culinary delicacies and stunning use of natural materials throughout the renovation. However, it is the coaching inn cottage, recently transformed into 5 luxury suites that ultimately steals the show.

An oasis of luxurious yet welcoming calm, the delicate oceanic palettes combined with sumptuous leather armchairs, rich fabrics and exposed beams create a home from home atmosphere designed to inspire relaxation, with each luxury cottage suite containing a fabulous William Holland freestanding copper bath. Individually handcrafted, each French Inspired Bateau bath takes centre stage, some within the main bedroom suites, and some in the private starlit courtyards to be enjoyed by moonlight with good company and a glass of champagne.
